If you notice that the outer packaging is damaged upon delivery, you can sign for the shipment noting that the package was received damaged. If the contents of the shipment are indeed damaged, we will look for a solution as quickly as possible to send replacement parts or new products. Does the product not meet your expectations? No problem! As a private customer, you have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving the product.
