    1. Delivery time

    4. Problems with delivery?
      We do our best to assist wherever possible. We cannot predict issues or delays with the courier or transport company in advance. However, we take the necessary steps and contact the carrier to ensure delivery as quickly as possible. If a package is not delivered due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible.

    5. Multiple items?

    6. Damage upon delivery
      If you notice that the outer packaging is damaged upon delivery, you can sign for the shipment noting that the package was received damaged. If the contents of the shipment are indeed damaged, we will look for a solution as quickly as possible to send replacement parts or new products.       Products can be returned within 5 working days after notification in their original packaging. It is important that both the product and the product box are intact to be eligible for a return.
      Tip: do not use the product box as a shipping box.

    3. Return Costs
      We are happy to cover return costs when we have delivered the wrong item. In that case, we will send you a return label via email. Please wait for our return label before sending the item back. If you wish to return the product because it does not meet your expectations, that’s fine. In that case, the shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. Be sure to choose a reliable courier service of your choice.

    4. When Returns Are Not Allowed
      * If the 14-day return period has been exceeded.

    5. Refunds
      When the order arrives at our facility, we will check the items. If everything is intact and complete, we will refund you quickly. Used products or intentionally damaged products cannot be refunded.
