    1. Delivery time
      The estimated delivery time is indicated under the "shopping cart" button. Delivery times are always expressed in working days and/or working weeks. Weekends and holidays are not included.

    2. Free Delivery
      Delivery is free for orders over €100 in Belgium, the Netherlands, France, and Germany. For other countries within the European Union, delivery is free for orders over €250.

    3. Where do we deliver?
      We can deliver anywhere within the entire European Union. If you are outside the European Union, please email us at info@lightandshade.be. and we will check the shipping options.

    4. Problems with delivery?
      We do our best to assist wherever possible. We cannot predict issues or delays with the courier or transport company in advance. However, we take the necessary steps and contact the carrier to ensure delivery as quickly as possible. If a package is not delivered due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible.

    5. Multiple items?

    6. Damage upon delivery
      If you notice that the outer packaging is damaged upon delivery, you can sign for the shipment noting that the package was received damaged. If the contents of the shipment are indeed damaged, we will look for a solution as quickly as possible to send replacement parts or new products. However, you must inform us of the damage within 24 hours after delivery via email, including photos of the product and packaging. You can always send this to  info@lightandshade.be

    7. Delay
      If a manufacturer informs us of a delay, we will try to let you know as soon as possible. If the delay is too long, you can always cancel your order.

      Does the product not meet your expectations? No problem! As a private customer, you have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving the product. If you wish to return the product, please inform us via email: info@lightandshade.be Please note: if you purchase the products as a professional, the return right is void.

    2. How to Return?
      Products can be returned within 5 working days after notification in their original packaging. It is important that both the product and the product box are intact to be eligible for a return.
      Tip: do not use the product box as a shipping box.
      To avoid damage, we recommend extra packaging for the product boxes. Don’t forget to include any accessories and manuals that came with the product. The return address is: Lightandshade, Oostkaai 24B, 8900 Ieper (BE)

    3. Return Costs
      We are happy to cover return costs when we have delivered the wrong item. In that case, we will send you a return label via email. Please wait for our return label before sending the item back. If you wish to return the product because it does not meet your expectations, that’s fine. In that case, the shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. Be sure to choose a reliable courier service of your choice.

    4. When Returns Are Not Allowed
      * If the 14-day return period has been exceeded.
      * Products that have been connected, used, modified, or manipulated by the customer.
      * Custom-made products or products that are not part of our range in our webshop.
      * Professional purchases.

    5. Refunds
      When the order arrives at our facility, we will check the items. If everything is intact and complete, we will refund you quickly. Used products or intentionally damaged products cannot be refunded.
